The only commercial plot currently for sale in Busot, in the urbanisation of Valle Dorado in the epicentre of the town and surrounded by the new build homes of the TM real estate group which will be delivered in early 2022, the demand for these homes has been intense and they only have 1 unsold property of the entire development at present.~ ~ Busot is a well connected town just 10 minutes from the coast with around 4,000 registered residents, a mix of national and international residents. National families due to its more affordable prices and a large community of foreign retirees, the vast majority of whom are year round residents.~ ~ Busot is a beautiful place to live but the residents have a great need, a key and very important service is missing, there is no supermarket, the whole population has to travel by car several times a week or daily to El Campello, Mutxamel or Carrefour to shop, which is not practical nowadays and we want to remedy this. ~ ~ In the centre of the old town there are two small self-service shops. The various urbanisations of Busot are large and without any shops.~ ~ As residents of the town we have a real interest in the opening of a supermarket in Busot and the supermarket that decides to open its doors here will have a total monopoly of the market. ~ ~ The project has the support of the Busot town council and its residents.

Familias nacionales por sus precios más accesibles y una gran comunidad de jubilados extranjeros, la gran mayoría residen durante todo el año.~ ~ Busot es un lugar precioso para vivir pero los residentes tienen una gran necesitada, falta un servicio clave y muy importante, no dispone de supermercado, la población entera tiene que desplazarse en coche varias veces a la semana o a diario hasta El Campello, Mutxamel o Carrefour para comprar, cosa que no es práctico hoy en día y queremos remediar. ~ ~ En el centro del casco antiguo existen dos establecimientos de autoservicio pequeños . Las varias urbanizaciones de Busot son extensas y sin ningún tipo de comercio.~ ~ Como residentes del pueblo tenemos un interés real en la apertura de un supermercado en Busot y el supermercado que decide abrir sus puertas aquí tendrá total monopolio del mercado. ~ ~ El proyecto cuenta con el apoyo del ayuntamiento de Busot y de sus residentes. ~.
